What it's worth

Priced against the problem.

We publish where pilots typically start — $2,500 to set up and $800/month to run — and we stop there, because a full menu would be wrong for nearly everyone reading it. What this is worth to a one-van shop losing four jobs a month and to a six-tech firm losing forty are different numbers. So the exact one comes out of what the gaps are costing YOU.

Work out what the leak costs you first. If closing it doesn’t clearly pay for itself, we’ll tell you — and you keep the number either way.

How this works
Start here

Your number, in thirty seconds.

Three figures you already know. Most owners have never done this arithmetic on their own business — when they do, it stops being a software decision and starts being a maths one.

Nothing here is sent anywhere — it is worked out in your browser. Whatever number comes out is yours to keep, whether you ever speak to us or not.

Why there’s no price list

A menu would mean somebody’s overpaying.

Published tiers are built for the seller’s convenience: they make the sale simple and push the guessing onto you. We would rather do the work of understanding your business.

A published tariff
You guess which tier fits you
Pay for modules you never open
The price moves when they repackage
Priced by headcount, so you ration logins
Same number for a one-van shop and a fleet
Priced against your problem
We measure what the gaps actually cost you
Scoped to the exits you actually have
Priced against a number you agreed to
Your crew is never the thing you economise on
Proportionate to what it’s worth to you
The plan

Three ways to get a real number.

All of them start from your business, not from a page like this one.

Work it out yourself

The calculator above needs three figures you already know and runs in your browser. No form, no email, no meeting — and the number is yours whether or not you ever speak to us.

Book the Leak Audit

Thirty minutes, free. We go through your actual numbers together and you leave with the figure whether you hire us or not.

Or just start with one thing

One workflow, one metric, thirty days. Priced against that one problem, so the decision stays small.

What you’re actually buying

Work off your back, and something you own.

1

The build

Standing your front office up around how you already work — your services, your prices, your voice, connected to the tools you keep. Scoped in the audit.

2

The running

Keeping it answering, chasing, sending and fixing itself. Improvements included rather than sold back to you as an upgrade.

3

The ownership

What gets built for you is yours, and so is your data. Leaving doesn’t cost you your customer list. How that works →

Your crew is never a line item you have to ration. Sharing one login to save money breaks the audit trail and makes per-person privacy impossible, so the model is built to make that a decision you never have to weigh.

What's at stake

What changes, and what doesn't.

With it running

You know what the gaps cost, you paid an amount that was set against that number, and the thing you bought is yours.

Without it

You compare feature grids, pick a tier by guessing, and find out in month four that you are paying for six things you never opened and still losing the calls.

Straight answers

The questions you'd actually ask.

Why won’t you just publish a full price list?

We publish where most pilots start — $2,500 to set up and $800/month to run. Past that a menu would be wrong for most people reading it: too much for a one-van shop, too little to do the job properly for a fleet or a multi-location operation. Thirty minutes gets you the real number for your business, and bigger builds are priced to match the work rather than turned away.

Is this going to be a hard sell?

The audit is the product at that stage. If the arithmetic does not justify the work, we say so — that is a cheaper outcome for us than an unhappy customer six months in.

Can I get a number without a meeting?

You can get YOUR number without one — the calculator above works out what the gaps are costing you, in your browser, with nothing sent anywhere. Our number, what the work would cost you, is set against that in a conversation. Cora can answer questions about how any of this works, but it does not quote.

Do I have to buy the whole thing?

No, and we would usually talk you out of it. One workflow, one metric, thirty days. Expanding only makes sense once that one has clearly paid.

What if I want to leave?

You keep your data and what was built for you. There is no version of this where leaving means losing your customer list.
