Program name: Load Bear appointment confirmations, reminders & follow-ups.

Load Bear sends text messages to customers and leads who have shared their mobile phone number with us. This page is the SMS Terms of Service (also referred to as the SMS Terms & Conditions) for that messaging program — for you, and for The Campaign Registry (TCR) and the US wireless carriers who require it.

How you opt in (your consent)

You opt in to text messages from Load Bear by giving us your own mobile number and agreeing to be contacted, in either of these ways:

• On our website: you entered your number on the opt-in form at loadbear.co/sms-optin and checked a consent box (unchecked by default) that reads: "By checking this box and submitting my phone number, I agree to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and one-to-one follow-up messages from Load Bear at the number I provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help."
• Directly: you called or texted Load Bear, requested or booked an appointment, or asked us to follow up, and gave us your number. You get only the conversational messages you asked for — confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups about your own inquiry.

Either way:

Consent is voluntary and is never a condition of purchasing or receiving any Load Bear service. If you'd rather not get texts, we serve you identically — by phone call or email instead. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Load Bear texts only people who gave us their own number. We do not purchase, rent, sell, or share phone numbers, and we never text purchased lists.

What Load Bear sends

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• One-to-one follow-ups about your specific inquiry or job
• Answers to questions you asked us

Load Bear does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising texts on this program. Every message is transactional — tied to an appointment, a job, or a question you brought to us. No purchased lists. No cold blasts. And STOP always works, instantly, on every message.

Message frequency & rates

Expect roughly 1-5 messages per active job or inquiry — it varies with your specific interaction. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier; Load Bear doesn't charge you for these texts directly, but your phone plan may. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

How to stop the texts (opt-out) & get help

Reply STOP to any message. Load Bear stops texting you immediately — no friction, no "are you sure?" gauntlet. Other words that work the same way: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT. You'll get one confirmation text and then silence.
