Priced against the problem,
not the software.

LoadBear is an AI solutions company. We sell ready-to-run solutions through the LoadBear platform, and we design fully custom AI systems — no plans, no tiers. Every system is scoped and priced for the business it serves.

Two-part pricing: a setup fee to build it, a monthly fee to manage and improve it.
1

A free 15-minute discovery call

A friendly business checkup — not a pitch. Where are customers already trying to reach you? Where is follow-up breaking down? Is there one measurable area worth fixing first? We start with the number that has the clearest financial upside.

2

We scope it and build it

The setup covers building the workflow, connecting your systems, writing the messaging, configuring the routing, and launching the first measurable piece. Setups run 7+ days depending on the breadth of what we build — you get a clear timeline up front.

3

Managed monthly

Monitoring, reporting, and adjustments — so the system keeps improving instead of being set and forgotten. One workflow, one metric, a 30-day review. If the numbers support expanding, we expand. If they don't, you still understand your business better.

Why price it this way?

Because software prices compare against software, and that's the wrong comparison. The right comparison is what the problem costs you every month if nothing changes.

If a business misses 30 calls a month, and just 5 of those could have become customers worth $1,500 each — that's $7,500 a month already leaking. A system priced against that math either makes clear financial sense, or we'll tell you it doesn't and not recommend it.

That's also why we don't start everywhere. We start with one measurable workflow — the one with the clearest upside — prove it in 30 days, and expand only when the numbers support it.

Book your free discovery call

15 minutes with the founder. A friendly look at where customers are already reaching you and what's worth fixing first — with real numbers, not hype. Eastern Time.

Yes — the assistant that answers is a LoadBear system. That's the product, working. Confirmations arrive by email.

The commitments behind the price

Managed-services contracts in this market are famous for lock-in, opaque pricing, and vanity metrics. LoadBear is built as the structural opposite, and we put it in writing:

Cancel in one tap. Really.

The monthly management fee is month-to-month. Cancellation is a button in your settings — it works the first time, takes effect at the end of your paid month, sends written confirmation, and charges no termination fee.

Everything we build is yours.

Your site deploys to your own domain and your own accounts. Custom builds can be fully owned and managed by you. One click exports your entire workspace: every record, plus a manifest of every stored file.

Outcomes, not impressions.

Every dashboard tile reports what pays you: calls answered, quotes sent, reviews landed, revenue reactivated. You will not find CTR or impression counts anywhere in LoadBear.

Advice with no commission behind it.

No commissioned reps. The discovery call is a diagnosis, not a script — and if the numbers don't support starting, we'll say exactly that. What each system does — and does not do — is stated in plain language.

Plain answers

How is LoadBear priced?
Two parts: a one-time setup fee to build your system (scoped on the discovery call), and a monthly management fee to monitor, report, and keep improving it. No tiers, no per-seat games.
How long does setup take?
7+ days depending on the breadth of what we build. A single workflow lands quickly; a broader custom system takes longer. You get a clear timeline when we scope it.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep full access to the end of the month you already paid for, then billing stops. Your data stays exportable before and after — and customer-owned builds are yours regardless.
Are there contracts or minimums?
The monthly management fee is month-to-month with no termination fee. The setup fee covers the build itself and is agreed before any work starts.
Can you guarantee results?
No one honestly can — results depend on your offer, your market, and follow-up. What we do is build the system, track the numbers, and show you exactly what happened, so you're not guessing.
Will my price go up after I sign up?
No. Whatever rate you join at is grandfathered. Pricing changes only apply to new agreements.
